Quality Master (MQ)
A Quality Master (QM) is a professional who has been trained and experienced in advanced quality management principles and practices. The QM designation is earned through the completion of an advanced-level program in quality management, which includes coursework in areas such as process improvement, risk avoidance, and supply chain management. To earn the QM designation, an individual must also have a certain amount of work experience and pass comprehensive examinations. Once earned, the QM designation signifies a high level of expertise in quality management and can be used to enhance an individual’s professional reputation and career opportunities. The QM program is a five-level certification course with increasingly elevated certifications. This designation is offered only by Quality Futures, in collaboration with Quality Digest and as a Recognized Training Provider for Exemplar Global.
